Rajesh M S

Rajesh M S has extensive experience in the field of user experience (UX) design and product design. Rajesh is currently employed as a Senior User Experience Designer at Chateaux, A Coretelligent Company since May 2022.

Prior to this, Rajesh worked as a freelance Product Designer starting from November 2020, where they collaborated with startups to establish design systems, develop roadmaps, and define roles and responsibilities within teams. Rajesh also created unified guidelines, toolkits, and accessible components for product experiences, with the aim of reaching the targeted audience and successfully launching products.

From February 2019 to November 2020, Rajesh served as a UX Designer at Molecular Connections. In this role, they led design strategy for various products, conducted user research, created personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs. Rajesh also conducted user tests and effectively communicated with stakeholders, ensuring project progress alignment with the Scrum master.

Prior to that, Rajesh worked as a UX Designer at Designerrs from August 2016 to January 2019. During this time, they designed, prototyped, and user-tested SWITCH, a messaging product with unique features. Additionally, they performed data-driven research to establish standardized visual designs for the product.

Rajesh's previous experience includes working as a Senior Synthetic Developer 2 at Rockwell Collins from August 2014 to February 2016. Rajesh'sresponsibilities included researching and identifying problems, designing and validating 3D user interfaces databases, and utilizing quantitative data for aircraft simulators and mobile applications.

Rajesh also served as a User Interface Designer at InnoBrik Software Technologies Private Limited from February 2012 to August 2014, and as a Principle Designer at Lockheed Martin from February 2008 to February 2012. In these roles, Rajesh contributed to quality control, modeling, creating textures for 3D models, and integrating them into 3D databases for real-time knowledge gaming experiences.

Rajesh's career began in 2005 as a Designer at Animaster College of Animation & Design, where they worked until February 2008.
