Jordi Espasa Rosell

Jordi Espasa is a seasoned technology entrepreneur with a strong background in data science and engineering. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at TalentYou since April 2023, Jordi also holds the title of Co-Founder and CEO. Recently recognized as an Awarded Project & Entrepreneur advisor at Netmentora Catalunya from September 2023 to April 2024, Jordi previously led machine learning initiatives as Head of Machine Learning at DyCare, where a first patent in the AI field was achieved. Earlier experience as a Research Software Engineer involved work on autonomous racing cars at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, further complemented by successful self-employment in e-commerce. Academic credentials include an M.S. in Data Science and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, both from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
