Sean L. has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Sean started their career in 2006 as a Valet at the Renaissance Hotel and then joined Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in 2008, where they held various positions including Assistant Manager of Front Services and Rooms Division Assistant Manager. As an Assistant Manager, they oversaw Bell, Door, Valet, Valet Cashier, House car, and Concierge services. Sean also gained experience in guest services and front desk operations.

After leaving Four Seasons, Sean joined The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. as a Front Office Manager, where they managed front of house operations, conducted meetings, and worked on improving the guest arrival experience. Sean then transitioned to the Sea Island Company as a Housekeeping Manager, responsible for raising the level of service and ensuring compliance with company policies.

In 2015, Sean became the Assistant Housekeeping Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Chicago, where they oversaw housekeeping operations and ensured that rooms were cleaned to Four Seasons Standards. Sean later moved to the Sea Island Company as a Housekeeping Manager, where they continued to develop strategies to improve housekeeping operations.

In 2018, Sean joined The Hermitage Hotel as the Director of Guest Services, and in 2019, they became the Director of Rooms at Chatham Bars Inn.

Sean L. began their education at the College of Southern Nevada from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an Associates degree in Business Administration. Sean then transferred to the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and studied Finance from 2010 to 2012, although they did not complete a degree at this institution. Sean continued their education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 2014 to 2017, earning a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
