David London

David London is currently the President of the JROTC Division at the Georgia Association of Career and Technical Education. Previously, David served as a Senior Army Instructor at Savannah-Chatham County Public School System, Deputy District Engineer at the US Army Corps of Engineers, Deputy Chief Engineer at Combined Joint Interagency Task Force, and held various officer positions in the military. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point and Master's degrees in Strategic Planning and Engineering Management.
