Elyse Rubin

Elyse Rubin is a Learning and Development Partner at Chatham Financial, bringing extensive experience in talent development from previous roles at Bentley Systems, where positions included Senior Talent Development and Learning Program Manager and Talent Development and Learning Program Manager, along with earlier experience as an Associate Learning and Development Design Specialist. Prior experience includes a role as Training Administrator at SEI and internships in event planning and marketing at Events by Renee and Party Host Helpers, respectively. Elyse holds a Master of Science in Organization Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
