Matt Donner

Matt Donner has nearly five years of experience at Credit Karma, currently serving as the Learning and Development Partner II, where responsibilities include designing learning experiences across multiple departments and recently completing a successful two-day training program. Previously, as Learning Experience Lead, Matt was the primary contact for training and education initiatives within the Engineering department, focusing on knowledge gap analysis and course creation. Matt also owns Matt Donner Consulting, providing expertise in training and development, and has extensive experience in educational leadership roles at Pyramind Inc., where the programs developed became industry-leading. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Music and Music Technology from New York University and a Bachelor's in Logistics, Statistics, and Business Analysis from Penn State University.
