Joseph Sisson

Joseph Sisson, MAI, is a seasoned professional in real estate valuation with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Director at Chatham Financial since September 2019, Sisson specializes in asset, debt, and derivative valuations in the Global Real Estate sector, assisting REITs and various funds in North America and Europe. Prior to Chatham Financial, Sisson held the position of Director at Duff & Phelps, providing executive valuation support for acquisitions and financing across diverse markets. Earlier career roles include Vice President in the Real Estate Services Group at Integra Realty Resources and Associate Director, focusing on commercial real estate consulting and appraisal in Southeastern Pennsylvania and Delaware. Sisson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and Mathematics from Penn State University.
