Robert Imershein

Robert Imershein is a highly experienced finance executive, currently serving as Managing Director at Chatham Financial since October 2023. Previously, Robert was President of EA Markets LLC, which has since merged with Chatham Financial, focusing on corporate financing activities. Robert also holds the position of Chairman at Melior Discovery, where leadership of a bio-pharmaceutical financial restructuring was key. Prior experiences include serving as President for North America at Karhoo and as Managing Director at Loeb Enterprises, where Robert was involved in private equity and founded a direct-response marketing company. A co-founder of Capstar Partners, Robert played a significant role in investment banking. Early in their career, Robert held the role of Vice President in Corporate Finance at Bankers Trust Company. Robert holds an MBA in Finance from Harvard Business School and a degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
