Orysia Lutsevych

Orysia Lutsevych is the Deputy Director for Russia and Eurasia at Chatham House, where responsibilities include co-authoring significant reports on Ukraine’s resilience amidst ongoing military conflict, the role of civil society in democratic transitions, and the impact of Russia on civil society in Eastern Europe. Lutsevych has held various positions, such as Head of the Ukraine Forum, researching internal dynamics of Ukraine, and has contributed to multiple evaluations and assessments of civil society in Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine through consulting roles with organizations like NORC at the University of Chicago and Social Impact. An academic background includes multiple Master's degrees in Public Administration and International Relations from the University of Missouri and Lviv State University.
