Edward Soldo

Edward Soldo, P.Eng. serves as the General Manager of Infrastructure and Engineering Services for the Municipality of Chatham-Kent, overseeing a diverse department of over 300 employees. With extensive experience in municipal engineering and transportation, Edward has held key positions including Chief Road Official for the City of Hamilton and Director of Engineering for the City of London, Canada. Edward’s career also includes leadership roles in various municipalities where responsibilities encompassed transportation planning, public works management, and compliance. Edward holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from McMaster University and additional qualifications in Public Administration, Municipal Leadership, AutoCAD, and Workplace Mental Health Leadership.
