Ted Archer

Ted Archer, P.Eng., is a seasoned project manager currently overseeing facilities at the Municipality of Chatham-Kent since August 2025. Previously, Ted served as the Industrial Engineering Manager at Bosco and Roxy's, where significant process improvement initiatives were spearheaded to enhance efficiency and profitability from June 2020 to August 2025. Prior experience includes leading operations engineering at SLEEGERS Engineered Products, focusing on cost reduction and process optimization between May 2014 and June 2020. Additional roles in engineering and project management were fulfilled at HTS Engineering, Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, Suncor Energy, and Collins-Ferrera Engineering during earlier career stages. Ted holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo (2009-2014).
