Lee Gerkin

Lee Gerkin is currently serving as the Managing Director at Chatsworth Securities since 1998. Previously, Lee held the position of Managing Director and Group Head at Smith Barney from September 1995 to December 1997, overseeing Latin American Investment Banking. Before that, Lee was the Head of Corporate Finance and Equity Capital Markets at HSBC Investment Banking from 1988 to 1995 and Vice President at Lazard Freres from 1985 to 1987. Lee completed a J.D. in Law from SMU Dedman School of Law in 1974.
