Jenna Ellett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue cycle management and environmental education. Currently serving as a Manager at Cloudmed, an R1 company, since February 2018, Jenna Ellett has held various roles, including Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst and Claims Resolution Analyst II, where responsibilities included training development, claims analysis, quality assurance, and significant recovery efforts totaling over $3.8 million for major hospital systems. In addition, Jenna Ellett works as a Naturalist On Duty at Chattahoochee Nature Center, focusing on educational programming and community engagement. Previous roles include contract educator positions at various nature centers, co-lead teaching, and animal care, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Chemistry from Rochester Christian University.

The Chattahoochee Nature Center's (CNC) mission is to connect people with nature. Being outdoors is more important than ever to our communities' health and well-being. At CNC, visitors of all ages have 127-acres to safely explore and endless opportunities to connect with nature while learning about Georgia's ecosystem. CNC features three ponds, six woodland and wetland trails, including a newly renovated 2,000-foot river boardwalk. We offer a space for quiet, reflective moments, or more active options such as hiking, ziplining, or canoeing. CNC also offers programs involving rehabilitated native wildlife, horticulture, photography, art, and more.
