Elizabeth Fite is a skilled health care reporter currently employed at Chattanooga Times Free Press since July 2017. Prior to this position, Elizabeth worked as an independent journalist from January 2010 to July 2017. Elizabeth has experience as a graduate assistant at the University of Georgia, contributing to research communications and academic affairs, where responsibilities included writing news releases and developing multimedia content. Elizabeth also served as an editorial intern at Aiken Standard and held positions as a staff reporter and horseback riding instructor. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Journalism from the University of Georgia and dual Bachelor's degrees in Journalism and English Language and Literature from Auburn University.
