Kierstyn Schneck

Kierstyn Schneck has had a diverse range of work experience over the past nine years. In 2011, they began working as a Campus Mirror Editor/Work Study Clerk for the American University Kay Spiritual Life Center. Kierstyn also worked as a Staff Writer and Contributing Writer for The American University Eagle. In 2014, they worked as a Multimedia Intern for the National Science Foundation and as a Media Editor for Copenhagen Groove. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Public Policy Assistant for United Methodist Women, a Marketing Associate and Marketing Assistant for Silver Marketing, and a Correspondent for GVH Live. Since 2018, they have been employed as a Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, Account Executive, and Account Coordinator for ChatterBlast Media. In these roles, they have overseen client communications, managed project deadlines and budgets, worked with cross-departmental teams to develop and implement creative strategies and campaigns, consulted clients about trending media and tactics, written press releases, managed social media presence, managed lists, and updated company websites.

Kierstyn Schneck attended American University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism with a Minor in Marketing. Kierstyn also took part in a study abroad program at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad (DIS) in 2014, where they studied Strategic Communication.
