Nathan Casey

Nathan Casey has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Nathan'smost recent position was as Senior Product Manager at Chatterbox, starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Business Intelligence at EF Teach Online from October 2019 to January 2022. Before that, they served as the Academic Technology Manager at EF Academy from April 2017 to September 2019.

At EF Education First, Nathan held two roles. From October 2016 to April 2017, they were the Senior Academic and Quality Manager, and from August 2011 to October 2016, they were the Academic and Quality Manager.

Earlier in their career, Nathan worked as a Corporate English Teacher at Hot English Publishing Ltd from July 2010 to August 2011, and as an English Teacher at American Language Academy from June 2010 to July 2011.

Nathan Casey has a diverse educational background. In 2000, they enrolled at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd and obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law in 2003. Following this, they pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in ESOL at the University of South Wales from 2009 to 2010. In 2016, Nathan began studying at The Open University, where they completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Online and Distance Education in 2018.

In terms of certifications, Nathan obtained a Professional Certificate in Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in 2018. Nathan has also pursued additional certifications, including Human-Centered Service Design from IDEO U in 2022, Business Analytics: From Data to Insights from Emeritus in 2020, and DAT101x: Introduction to Data Science from Microsoft in 2019.
