Lori James

Lori James has over a decade of experience in franchise operations, category management, and sales, currently serving as the Director of Franchise Operations and Director of Category Management at Chatters Limited Partnership since July 2009. Prior to this role, Lori held the position of BDM at Sandals Resorts from August 2003 to February 2007. Lori's educational background includes a degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Medicine Hat College, as well as foundational education at Pigeon Lake Regional from 1989 to 1995.
