Maggie Chiu

Maggie Chiu has held various roles in the marketing and customer experience fields since 2003. Maggie began their career as a Communication Assistant for KEO Project, followed by a role as a Marketing Manager at F16 MFG CO., LTD in 2004. In 2008, they moved to Yahoo as an Account Manager and then to GMTI Geo-Microbial Technologies International as a Regional Manager in 2009. In 2012, Chiu became an Account Director at DDB China Group, followed by a role as Marketing Manager at Logicalis in 2015. Most recently, they were appointed Regional Head, Asia at ChatWith.io in 2022.

Maggie Chiu has obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Marketing from the University of Leicester, a Master in Global Communication from the Institut International de Communication de Paris, France, a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from Tamkang University, and a Licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Fu Jen Catholic University.
