Shivam Mishra

Shivam Mishra is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in product engineering and software development. Currently serving as Lead Product Engineer at Chatwoot since January 2023, Shivam previously held the role of Product Engineering Lead at DeepSource from January 2021 to December 2022, also contributing as a Senior Software Engineer and Frontend Engineer within the same company. Prior experience includes working as an Engineer at Frappe Technologies Private Limited and a brief stint at Amazon Web Services in Data Centre Operations. As a co-founder of Idiots Room and an intern at ERPNext, Shivam has demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on skills in technology. Early leadership roles include serving as Technical Secretary and NSS Head at Don Bosco Institute of Technology, where Shivam was involved in organizing technical activities and leading community service efforts. Shivam holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Don Bosco Institute of Technology, completed in 2018.
