Hayley Spink

Hayley Spink is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer currently at Chaucer Group, with previous leadership experience at Apollo Syndicate 1969 and Lloyd's. At Lloyd's, Hayley held various key roles, including Interim Head of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed managing Global Operations, Procurement, Corporate Real Estate, and Operational Excellence. As Programme Director, Hayley successfully led the Lloyd's Brexit Programme, facilitating the establishment of the 'Lloyd's Insurance Company' in Belgium.
