Karen Reid, Chartered FCIPD, serves as the Group Head of HR at Chaucer Syndicates Ltd since August 2001, following previous experience as an HR Manager in the same organization. Prior to this role, Karen worked as a Recruiter at The Law Society of England and Wales between 2000 and 2002, where a commercial legal recruitment service was provided for solicitors and paralegals.
