Lance Ginn

Lance Ginn is an experienced professional with a robust background in architecture and account management within the IT sector. Currently serving as the Head of Architecture at Chaucer Syndicates Ltd since June 2013, Lance is instrumental in establishing an Architecture Practice and developing frameworks that align with business and IT strategies. Prior to that role, Lance held various leadership positions at CSC from 2001 to 2013, including Account Executive/Solution Director, UK&I World Sourcing Capabilities Director, and EMEA Architecture Practice Director, where responsibilities encompassed operational management, capability development, and architectural leadership across multiple domains. Lance's educational background includes a Ph.D. from The University of Sheffield and a degree from Loughborough University, complemented by an early education at Southend High School.
