Sabitra Thapa has extensive experience in client services and hospitality management. Currently serving as a Data Champion and Senior Client Services Team Member at Chaucer Group since August 2022, Sabitra has previously held roles in client services and administration at Mitie, where responsibilities included managing visitor check-in procedures and addressing queries. Prior experience includes management positions at New Saga Lisboa Restaurant & Bar from July 2013 to November 2020, focusing on business performance and customer service. Sabitra’s professional journey began as a Corporate Receptionist at The Perception in 2011, enhancing visitor experiences through excellent customer skills. Sabitra holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Kathmandu University of School of Management, completed in December 2008.
