Fabienne Ruset has a strong background in the luxury retail industry, with experience working for well-known brands such as CHAUMET, Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche, and Louis Vuitton. Fabienne began their career at Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche in 2000 as a Sales Manager in the Women's Ready-to-Wear Department, and later transitioned to become a Furniture Buyer and Product Manager in the Home Department. In 2005, they joined Louis Vuitton as a Leather Goods Marketing Senior Product Manager, and eventually became the Leather Goods Marketing Group Manager. In 2012, Ruset returned to Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche as the Women Accessories and Luxury Goods Department Director, where they stayed until 2017. Fabienne then moved to CHAUMET, where they held the position of Head of International Operational Marketing before being promoted to International Merchandising and Retail Performance Director in December 2020.

Fabienne Ruset completed their Master in Management - Grande Ecole program, majoring in International Management, from HEC Paris between 1995 and 1999. Fabienne also obtained a degree in History from Université Paris-Sorbonne during the same period, from 1995 to 1997.
