Prognyan Ghosh

Prognyan Ghosh is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology and defense sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Chauvet Cinema Group since February 2025, Prognyan previously held key positions including Vice President of Engineering and Head of Operations at LiteGear Inc. from February 2023 to February 2025. Prior to that, as Director of Engineering and Program Development at ESI Motion, Prognyan focused on high-performance motion control products for military and commercial applications. At Dytran Instruments, Inc., from December 2018 to May 2022, responsibilities included the overall growth strategy as General Manager, as well as leading sensor development efforts as Engineering Manager. Earlier career highlights include roles at AeroVironment, where Prognyan progressed through various leadership positions from Chief Engineer to Director of Operations. Prognyan Ghosh is an alumnus of The University of Sheffield, where studies were completed from January 1993 to January 1996.
