Rohit Dhuri

Rohit Dhuri is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as Branch Manager - Pre Opening at Chayah Group since March 2025. Prior to this role, Rohit held various positions at Seazen Group, including Restaurant Manager from November 2021 to February 2025, and Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Supervisor from December 2017 to November 2020. Earlier experience includes a tenure at The Fern Hotels & Resorts as a Senior Captain and Captain, and positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., and Trident Hotels as a Food and Beverage Associate. Rohit began a career in the industry as a Trainee at The Resort Mumbai in early 2012. Rohit holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Hotel and Tourism Management from Annamalai University, completed between 2012 and 2014.
