Paola D'Alessandra is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, management, research, writing, and fitness instruction. Currently serving as Operations and Impact Coordinator at CHAYN since February 2023, Paola previously held roles such as General Manager at Farm Cultural Park and Podcast Researcher at Monday Science. Additional experience includes working as a Writer & Translator at Release, Dog Walker at Rover.com, and Internship experience with Bright Network. Paola's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from UCL, a study abroad program at Simon Fraser University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from King's College London, alongside early education in the arts and humanities.

CHAYN is an open-source project that leverages technology to empower women and marginalised genders against violence and oppression so they can live happier and healthier lives. Running solely on the passion of a paid staff and skilled volunteers, Chayn leverages technology to address the problems women and marginalised genders face today. We are also a pro bono service to charities who work with vulnerable women and marginalised genders.
