Adriano Cito

Adriano Cito is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in transformation leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as the SSC/GBS/BPO Transformation Leader at Chazey Partners since January 2023, Adriano also holds the position of Head of European Transformation at LKQ Europe, where responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of the Innovation and Service Center in Poland. Previously, as the Senior Director EMEA Finance at Kao Corporation, Adriano led a significant transformation of finance operations across 14 countries, centralizing functions and establishing a Shared Service Center in the Netherlands. Prior roles include Vice President Finance EMEA at Acelity, Regional Controller EMEA at Johnsondiversey, and Internal Control Director at Johnson Diversey, demonstrating a robust background in finance transformation, process optimization, and shared service operations. Adriano holds an MBA from SOGEA Italy and a Master’s Degree from Università degli Studi di Bari.
