Phil Searle

Phil Searle serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at QX Global Group since January 2022. As the Founder and CEO of Chazey Partners, which was established in May 2006, Phil oversees global operations and has been instrumental in numerous international transformation projects, providing expertise in advice, guidance, and support. Prior to these roles, Phil held significant financial leadership positions, including CFO at Galileo by Travelport from 2004 to 2006, Group Vice President Finance at Cendant, and Vice President & Corporate Controller at 3Com Corporation from 1998 to 2003. Phil began a career in finance and auditing with roles at Kellock and KPMG earlier in the 1990s. Educationally, Phil obtained a BA Hons in Economics from the University of Exeter between 1984 and 1987.
