Kaileen Schweighardt

Kaileen Schweighardt is a Clinical Research Program Manager at CHDI Foundation since March 2023, responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders and managing clinical studies. Previously, Kaileen served as a Recruitment Analyst at Synectics Inc. from June 2020 to January 2021, supporting patient reimbursement activities and analyzing performance metrics. As an In House Clinical Research Associate at Bioclinica from March 2016 to December 2019, Kaileen managed study start-up and close-out activities while implementing process improvements. Earlier experience includes working as a Case Manager at Shire (formerly NPS Pharma) from 2014 to 2016, where Kaileen facilitated patient therapy access in collaboration with medical offices. Kaileen holds a Bachelor's degree in Health and Wellness from Monmouth University.
