Santiago S. is an accomplished student at Harvard University, expected to graduate in May 2024 with a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics. Santiago has served as an Economics Research Assistant, selected among 23 students to work on a project with Professor Jesse Shapiro focused on content moderation economics. As a Statistics 110 Course Assistant, Santiago hosted numerous office hours and received perfect ratings for teaching performance. Santiago also co-led Harvard Undergraduate LiFT, an organization promoting mentorship and networking opportunities for over 500 Latinx undergraduates. Additional experiences include roles at Atlantico, Harvard Undergraduate Capital Partners, and McKinsey & Company, along with impactful research internships at Fundación 99 and participation in the Hispanic Scholarship Fund's National Leadership Conference. Santiago's leadership capabilities were further demonstrated as Men's Captain of the Harvard College Running Club.
