Chris Earl

Chris Earl is the Director, Western Hemisphere Business Development for Check-6, a Human Performance Consultancy that leverages elite military experience to improve the operational reliability of its clients. Chris background includes a career as a Naval Aviator filying Strike Fighter Aircraft including the A-7E, the FA-18 and F-14. A graduate of the United States Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN) and Operational Test Pilot, Chris specialized in FA-18 radar and advanced Air-to-Air combat systems. At the apex of his Naval Career, Chris was the Commanding Officer of VFA-97 flying FA-18 aircraft. Chris has been with Check-6 since 2012 working on both land and offshore oil rigs. He currently works with a superb sales team to deliver Human Performance consulting where we focus on enhancing Leadership, Process and Team Behaviors to improve efficiency, effectiveness and safety in high reliability organizations in the Western Hemisphere.Chris lives in Monument, Colorado where he enjoys spending time with family and the myriad of outdoor activities available in Colorado including skiing. hiking and golf.
