Lior Amouyal

Lior Amouyal is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in backend and full-stack development, currently serving as a Backend Tech Lead at Check Point Software Technologies Ltd since May 2022. Prior to this, Lior worked as a Freelance Software Engineer, creating a retail application focused on inventory management using Node.js and Puppeteer. Lior's earlier roles include a Senior Software Engineer at Synamedia, where a Multi-Tenant microservice was designed and developed, and an Android Developer at Cisco, contributing to custom UIs for major pay-TV clients. Lior began a career at NDS Limited as an Embedded Software Engineer, working on innovative UI solutions for TV Set-Top boxes. Lior holds an M.Sc in Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a B.Sc from Hadassah Academic College.
