Shami Reshtik is an accomplished professional in the cyber security sector with extensive experience in corporate development and management. Currently serving as Director of Corporate Development at Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. since July 2003, Shami has played a significant role in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and post-merger integration (PMI), particularly within the Israeli cyber security startup ecosystem. Prior to this, Shami held multiple managerial positions focused on cyber security products and mobile access across various companies, including VCON and PhoNet, as well as software development roles at the IDF.
