Lovisa Clausen

Lovisa Clausen has extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Lovisa is currently employed at Checkin.com as the Head of Operations, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, Lovisa worked at Checkin.com as the Acting COO from March 2022 to March 2023, and as a Delivery Manager from August 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining Checkin.com, Lovisa worked at KPMG as an Associate in Information Risk Management from August 2019 to June 2021. Lovisa gained valuable experience in this role.

Prior to KPMG, Lovisa had internship experience at Matsmart Scandinavia AB, where they worked as a Marketing Intern during the summers of 2018 and 2019. Lovisa was responsible for daily newsletters and initiated and led a pilot project targeting students.

Lovisa also has experience in project management, having worked as an Ethics, Leadership, and Service Project Manager at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from June 2017 to May 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at SEB from June 2017 to August 2017.

Lovisa Clausen attended Viktor Rydberg Samskola from 2010 to 2012 for their compulsory education. Lovisa then transferred to Darlington School in 2012 for their 11th grade before completing their high school education at Viktor Rydberg Gymnasium Jarlaplan from 2013 to 2015. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2016 to 2019 with a focus on Business Administration and Management.

In terms of additional certifications, Lovisa Clausen obtained the Microsoft DigiGirlz certification from Microsoft in June 2010. In May 2016, they completed the Coachande ledarskap certification from coach2coach. Lovisa obtained the Project Management Institute's Body of Knowledge certification from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in August 2018. In May 2020, they obtained the ITIL version 3 - Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Lastly, in August 2020, they became a Nova member through Nova Talent.
