Head Of Customer Success (europe & Apac) at Checkmarx

Efrat Yahav has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Efrat started their career at Comverse as a Project Manager, where they worked on the implementation of an IVR telecommunication system for international customers. Efrat then joined Sonera Zed as a Junior Product Manager, responsible for content management and implementing new services and applications.

After that, Efrat worked at Celebros as a Team Lead, leading a team responsible for optimizing the company's intelligent search engine for e-Commerce. Efrat then joined Amdocs as a Marketing Graphic and UX Designer, focusing on designing applications, websites, campaigns, and print materials with an emphasis on usability.

Efrat then transitioned to eBay Inc, where they held the role of Strategic Account Manager/Customer Success Manager. In this role, they increased the lifetime value of strategic accounts through proactive management and guided sellers in improving their ecommerce store performance.

Before their current position, Efrat worked as an Owner at FUXTEC ISRAEL, overseeing business operations.

Currently, Efrat works at Checkmarx. Efrat started as a Senior Customer Success Manager and built long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their successful onboarding and adoption of Checkmarx solutions. Efrat was then promoted to Manager of Customer Success in Europe and subsequently became the Head of Customer Success for Europe and APAC, leading a team of CSMs and establishing processes to improve account management.

Throughout their career, Efrat has demonstrated strong leadership skills, customer relationship management, and a focus on customer success.

Efrat Yahav completed their Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Haifa from 1993 to 1996. During the same period, they also pursued a Diploma in Graphic Design at John Bryce College from 1993 to 1994. Recently, in April 2021, they obtained the Checkmarx certified Engineer (CxCE) certification from Checkmarx.
