Marcia Keren has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Marcia started their career at NICE Systems in 1999, where they worked as a QA Engineer until 2001. Marcia then transitioned to the role of Software Developer, before being promoted to Global Expert Engineer (Tier 3) in 2006. After leaving NICE Systems in 2010, Marcia joined McAfee as a Support Engineering Operations (SEO) professional, where they worked from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, Marcia joined Checkmarx as a Technical Support Engineer and later took on the role of Customer Support Program Manager in 2018. Currently, they are working as a Product Manager at Checkmarx, starting in January 2022.
Marcia Keren earned a Master's degree in Conflict Management from Bar-Ilan University, which they attended from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in "Build Your Project Management Skills" from LinkedIn in May 2021.
