Gaia de Ramel has a varied work experience. In 2015, they worked as a Sales Consultant for MARIONNAUD. In 2016, they worked as a Hostess for the European Cup in Football for CRIT France and as a Hostess for Players for the Fédération Française de Tennis. That same year, they also worked as a Receptionist, Concierge, and Reservation for Hotel Indigo. In 2017, they worked as an Operational Management Assistant for Guest Trotter and as a Guest Relations, Guest Experiences, and Reception for Ink Hotel MGallery by Sofitel. In 2018, they worked as a Public Relations Assistant for Chaya B&B Boutique and as a Sales and Marketing professional with responsibility for the complete installation of the shop for Amorino. In 2019, they worked as a Guest Relations and Conciergerie for FAUCHON L'HOTEL PARIS. Finally, in 2020, they worked as an Asset Manager and Guest Relation for Checkmyguest.

Gaia de Ramel attended L'Assomption Lübeck from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Baccalauréat in Economic and Mathematics. Gaia then attended Albert de Mun from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Baccalaureat +2 in BTS Management des Unités Commerciales. Finally, they attended CMH ACADEMY from 2016 to 2018, though they did not receive a degree or field of study.
