Eithne Metcalfe-Bliss

Eithne Metcalfe-Bliss has extensive experience in the field of human resources, spanning over a decade. Eithne began their career at SEGA Europe in 2011, where they held various HR positions, including HR Administrator, HR Assistant, HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor, HR Manager, and finally Senior HR Manager. In April 2018, they transitioned to Checkout.com, where they initially served as a Senior Manager in People Operations. Eithne then progressed to the role of VP of People Operations, followed by Senior Director of People Operations, and most recently, Director of People Partnerships and Advisory. Eithne Metcalfe-Bliss has consistently demonstrated their expertise and leadership in managing people and ensuring effective HR strategies are in place.

Eithne Metcalfe-Bliss' education history begins with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Modern History & Economics from The University of Manchester, which they completed from 2008 to 2011. Eithne then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resource Management at London Metropolitan University, from 2012 to 2014. In 2016, they obtained a Diploma in Employment Law from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd. Most recently, in 2018, they attended Oxford Brookes University and received a qualification in Coaching.

In addition to their formal education, Eithne has earned certifications as well. In September 2011, they obtained the CIPD certification from CIPD. Later, in October 2018, they acquired a Coaching and Mentoring certification from ILM.
