Francisco Goncalves

Francisco Goncalves is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in managing customer-focused digital payment systems and technical operations. Currently serving as the Manager of L2 Merchant Care at Checkout.com since January 2025, Francisco is responsible for delivering operational excellence to enhance customer success. Prior to this role, Francisco was the Operations Manager for FinTech Ops at FARFETCH, where the focus was on creating seamless payment experiences for a global marketplace. Francisco's extensive career at BT spanned over 14 years, during which time responsibilities included leading the Europe operations, managing a network operations center, and overseeing transitions for service desks across multiple countries. Earlier experience includes a technical role as a Network Engineer at Vivo (Telefônica Brasil). Francisco holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from FITO and a Data Process Technician diploma from Escola Técnica Estadual Paula Souza.
