Pawel Sawicz

Pawel Sawicz currently serves as a Staff Software Engineer and Technical Architect at Checkout.com, where responsibilities include leading a team as Engineering Manager and achieving significant improvements in the reconciliation process, reducing manual efforts from six hours to just 15 minutes. Prior to this, Pawel contributed as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on financial reconciliation products and enhancing team efficiency. Additional experience includes a Software Engineer role at Zopa, where involvement spanned multiple business sectors, and an API Developer position at JustGiving, where Pawel played a key role in establishing the API team and community. Earlier career stages included work as a Junior .NET Developer at NeuroSYS. Pawel holds a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Computer Engineering from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
