Paul Lees has over 18 years of experience in the FMCG industry. Paul began their career in 2002 as Marketing Director at Mars Petcare. In 2004, they moved to Mars Confectionery as Grocery Sales Director. In 2007, they were promoted to Vice President Sales UK&I at HJ Heinz. In 2009, they founded Perfect Availability Ltd, where they served as Managing Director providing FMCG Grocery Availability Expertise. In 2010, they became a Director at Profitable Change Limited, dedicated to developing and providing companies with tailored software solutions. In 2012, they joined CheckoutSmart Ltd as Group Managing Director, managing all the whole team across Commercial, Tech, Insights, Finance, Administration etc for the UK, Germany and the rest of Europe. In 2017, they were appointed Group Managing Director at scondoo GmbH, the No. 1 grocery cashback provider in Germany. Most recently, in 2020, they were appointed President at CheckoutSmart Inc.
Paul Lees received their MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School from 1988 to 1990, with a focus on Business Administration. Paul also received their BA (Hons) in Accounting & Finance from Lancaster University from 1985 to 1988.
