Jerry Nwanekezie

Jerry Nwanekezie has held various roles in the sales and marketing industry since 2009. Jerry started their career as a Senior Distributor at Edmark International, where they were responsible for the marketing and sales of Edmark products. In 2012, they moved to Jerry Salvador Estate Agency as a Real Estate Agent, where they were tasked with marketing of landed properties, letting of houses, and ensuring the satisfaction of the client's needs and requirements. In 2015, they joined Technology Distributions Ltd. as a Business Development Manager, where they organized and facilitated over 30 partner enablement sessions and end-user events, and ensured maximum profitability for the company and its business partners. In 2019, they took on the role of Account Manager at Interdist Alliances, where they were responsible for onboarding strategic business partners, closing opportunities, and generating pipeline opportunities for IBM, NetApp, and Oracle businesses. Most recently, in 2020, they joined BlueSPACE Africa Technologies as a Sales Consultant, and in 2022 they moved to Checkpoint Technologies as a Territory Accounts Manager.

Jerry Nwanekezie obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from Benson Idahosa University between 2009 and 2013. Jerry also holds several certifications, including a VCE Certified Converged Infastructure Associate (VCE-CIA) from Dell EMC obtained in April 2017, a Certification of completion of IBM Security Intelligence Specialist Training from IBM EMEA Academy obtained in November 2016, an Advanced sales Accreditation for KESB from Kaspersky Lab obtained in December 2015, an IBM certified sales specialist from IBM obtained in October 2015, an IBM POWER9 Business Partner Sales Foundations V1, an POWER9 Enterprise Servers Level 2, a POWER9 Level 2 Scale-out Assessment, a SAP HANA Level 1, and a SAP HANA Level 2 from IBM.
