Mike Weiss

Mike Weiss has extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Associate Director of Upstream Development at Checkpoint Therapeutics Inc. since May 2022. Prior to this role, Mike worked at Janssen Inc. from June 2009 to May 2022, where responsibilities included managing external supplier relations as Senior Supply Execution Manager and leading teams in upstream development through various phases of monoclonal antibody production. Mike's earlier roles include Senior Associate Scientist, Associate Scientist, and Research Associate at Janssen Inc. and Centocor, focusing on process development, technical transfer, and validation. Mike holds a Master's degree in Biochemical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, both from Villanova University.
