Neil Herskowitz

Mr. Herskowitz joined the Board of Directors in August 2015 and has served as the Chairman of the Audit Committee since September 2016. Mr. Herskowitz has served as the managing member of the ReGen Group of companies in New York, since 1998, which include ReGen Capital Investments LLC and Riverside Claims Investments LLC. He has also served as the President of its affiliate, Riverside Claims LLC, since June 2004. Mr. Herskowitz received a B.B.A. in Finance from Bernard M. Baruch College in 1978.
