Alicia Luciano has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Post Pay Specialist at Emdeon, where they assisted with scanning and processing medical records. In 2013, they transitioned to a role as a Waitress at various restaurants before joining Rockbottom Brewpub as a Waitress in 2014.

From 2017 to 2018, Alicia worked at TransUnion as a Capacity Planning and Performance Engineer, where they identified and managed reliability risks for critical applications. Alicia also served as an SQL DBA, handling configuration, monitoring, and recovery for Microsoft SQL Server.
