Austin Bondesen

Austin Bondesen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Austin currently works at Checkr, Inc. as a Customer Success Implementation Specialist, where they began in May 2022. Prior to this, Austin worked at Zen Planner from June 2016 to January 2022, serving as an Implementation Specialist. In this role, they assisted numerous clients in implementing the software, communicated with other departments for seamless transitions, and conducted webinars to drive feature adoption. From November 2013 to May 2016, Austin worked at Groupon as a Customer Support Trainer, creating virtual training modules for global customer support and providing support to new hires. Additionally, Austin gained experience as an Event Coordinator Intern at Red Frog Events in 2013, managing social media and organizing successful events. Austin also worked as a Server at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. in 2012.

Austin Bondesen attended the University of North Texas from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality Management.
