Reid Yoshimoto has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies.
Starting in 2010, Yoshimoto worked as an Office Manager at Twenty Five Lusk for three years. After that, from 2013 to 2015, they held a Consumer Support role at OpenTable and later took on the position of Payments and Gift Card Lead, overseeing the Global Gifts Tier 1 Support Team and managing support for the OpenTable Pay program.
In 2016, Yoshimoto joined Deluxe as an Email Marketing Specialist, where they updated email templates and programs, coordinated creative assets and deployment of email campaigns, and project-managed initiatives involving cross-functional collaboration.
From 2017 to 2018, Yoshimoto worked at UrbanSitter as a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, where they built and executed email campaigns, utilized data analytics to optimize performance, and made recommendations to senior management.
Next, they joined Sunbasket in 2018, initially as an Email Marketing Manager, responsible for managing email marketing programs, developing email strategies, and utilizing Iterable for campaign execution. Later, Yoshimoto became a CRM Marketing Manager, taking on the responsibilities of customer communications, partnership with acquisition teams, and managing the CRM Marketing Coordinator. They eventually assumed the role of Senior CRM Marketing Manager, developing multi-channel marketing strategies, mentoring junior staff, and optimizing email engagement and conversion rates through continuous testing.
Most recently, Yoshimoto joined Checkr, Inc. in 2022 as an Email Marketing Manager. In this position, they focus on building customer-centric email communication strategies, defining customer segments, and partnering with cross-functional teams to create a seamless customer experience.
