Sofia Karionova

Sofia Karionova is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a GTM Strategic Finance member at Checkr, Inc. since December 2023. Prior to this role, Sofia worked as a Senior Associate at SignalFire from August 2021 to November 2023 and was a Private Equity Associate at Vector Capital, where investment evaluations focused on technology infrastructure and the internet. Sofia's earlier experience includes serving as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, participating in notable transactions such as the First Data sale to Fiserv and the Bain Capital Specialty Finance IPO.
