Debbie Shuey

Debbie Shuey has worked in the telecommunications industry for over 35 years. Debbie began their career in 1984 as a Payroll Specialist and Commercial Customer Service Representative at Satellite Business Systems. In 1986, they joined MCI WorldCom as a Staff Administrator, Mid-Atlantic BOC Billing. Debbie then held various roles at MCI WorldCom, including Manager, Order Processing Audits, Research and Testing, Manager, Direct Response Data Operations, Product Development Manager, MLM Program, Product Development Manager, Billing Solutions, and Manager, Sales Tool Product Development. In 2002, Debbie joined Digex (acquired by MCI) as a Senior Manager, Client and IT Services Product Management. Debbie then moved to Verizon Business (formerly MCI) in 2004 as a Senior Manager, Data Center Colocation and IT Services Product Management. In 2007, Debbie joined CheckVideo as the Director of Operations and Director of Product Management. In their role as Director of Product Management, they developed the Archerfish solution from engineering prototype to consumer goods, delivering the product in one year. The product received the 2009 and 2010 Consumer Electronics Show Innovations Design and Engineering Awards. Debbie also launched CheckVideo packaged product bundles and high-definition cameras focused on outdoor asset protection and remote guarding.

Debbie Shuey graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business in 1984.
